Estate planning involves more than just drafting a will. It involves reviewing our clients' personal family circumstances and business arrangements, understanding how assets are being held, investigating the ownership of assets, reviewing structures (including company and trust documents) and providing our experience as to how best their affairs can be structured to ensure their wishes are carried out.
Our team includes a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Succession Law and members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Taxation Institute of Australia who can assist clients on all aspects of the will and estate planning needs.
