Graham was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland on 2 February 2004, and a solicitor in the High Court on 2 December 2009. Prior to admission as a solicitor, Graham was a practicing Registered Nurse. He has around 16 years clinical experience in general intensive care and cardiac intensive care nursing.
Graham is an experienced practitioner in the area of Insurance law. He has the conduct of claims involving Workers Compensation and Damages claims. In addition Graham has the conduct of Public Liability and CTP claims for a variety of insurers and self insuring entities. Graham has significant experience in the defence of Public Liability claims involving large commercial retail centres, hotels, other licensed premises and sporting venues.
Graham is a thorough and pragmatic practitioner. He appreciates the importance of understanding client's businesses and is focused on providing advice including resolution options and strategies tailored to a client's requirements.
