Fiona is a property lawyer with specialist leasing experience in both the private and government sectors.
Fiona's practice is focused on both commercial and retail leasing including advising on, the drafting of and the negotiating of leases, advising clients on compliance with the provisions of the Retail Shop Leases Act and issues specifically relating to commercial properties and shopping centres. Fiona has also recently become involved with bulk project leasing (both commercial and retail).
Her clients include large institutional landlords, property funds, church organisations, franchisee companies and individuals both from a landlord and tenant perspective.
Fiona also has experience in general property matters including commercial conveyancing and sales and purchases of residential property.
