Chris is an associate in the commercial disputes and insolvency group. He has broad experience in both general commercial law and litigation. His clients include individuals, small businesses, partnerships, insolvency practitioners, banks and financial institutions, and large corporations.
Chris' experience includes a mix of commercial and corporate law and commercial dispute resolution and litigation, including large scale debt recovery, trade practices matters (including misleading and deceptive conduct, restraint of trade, exclusive dealing, consumer protection and personal liability issues), lease and contractual disputes, and general commercial disputes in a number of State jurisdictions (including Supreme Court and Federal Court actions), and insolvency. Chris also supports has significant experience in lease disputes concerning licenced premises, liquor licensing and gaming machine litigation, objections and appeals.
