Louise is a specialist adviser to the hospitality industry. She advises clients on all aspects of law relating to the hospitality sector, including the sale and purchase of hotels and other licensed premises, leasing of hotels and detached bottle shops, applications for new liquor licences, transfers of liquor licences, detached bottle shops, and gaming machine licence applications. Louise is regularly involved in preparing submissions on community impact relevant to liquor applications, alcohol server liability and objections to liquor licensing applications.
Louise's clients include owners, tenant operators and developers of small to large hotels, clubs, pubs, and commercial clients such as property developers, retailers and individuals.
Experienced in the commercial aspects of law, Louise also handles matters including commercial and retail leasing and commercial property sales and acquisitions.
