Areas of expertise
Carla advises small to medium enterprises and corporate entities on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and franchising and commercial agreements, in addition to general corporate and commercial advice. As part of her practice, Carla provides advice and representation for clients involved in a variety of industries and transactions including health and fitness, retail, food and beverage, transport and energy.
Carla has a keen interest in private equity, acting for both investors and investees in early stage development and subsequent investments, managed buy out/in and exits. With particular emphasis on the conduct of due diligence, she works closely with her clients to ensure both parties' interests are protected in asset and share acquisitions, and that all aspects of their transactions are covered.
