Andrew is an Associate in our private client group. He advises in the area of estate administration, estate litigation, business structuring, trust establishment, asset protection, residential conveyancing, family disputes and other general advice. His clients include private individuals, high net worth individuals and business owners.
Andrew is also an experienced commercial property and hospitality lawyer. His clients include the owners and operators of hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, resorts and accommodation venues.
Andrew also advises on liquor and gaming matters, the purchase and sale of licensed premises (including freehold and leasehold), and negotiating and drafting leases for licensed premises and commercial premises, mixed use and industrial developments. He also acts for clients in the preparation and lodgement of liquor licensing applications (including applications for detached bottle shops, cabaret licences, meals licences, extended hours permits), changes to licensed areas and new licenses and the preparation and lodgement of gaming licence applications (including gaming relocations and variations to gaming license conditions).
