Kate specialises in commercial disputes and insolvency. She acts on behalf of several prominent banking institutions, finance companies, liquidators, voluntary administrators and bankruptcy trustees in commercial disputes, corporate and personal insolvency and the recovery of secured and unsecured loans. Kate is also involved in a variety of other commercial matters, including contract disputes, trade practices and negligence actions, banking litigation, mortgage and debt recovery and all other types of commercial litigation.
Prior to commencing her employment at Mullins, Kate worked in the United Kingdom at the London Stock Exchange and at an international law firm in their finance and securities department.
