Olivia has worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer in private practice and as in-house counsel since 1998.
Since joining Mullins Lawyers in 2004, Olivia has worked with small business owners, private equity investors and ASX listed companies providing strategic corporate advice with a commercial focus on business sales, mergers and capital raisings.
Olivia has extensive experience in advising clients on the application of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). This includes advice on good corporate governance practices, directors’ duties, shareholders’ rights and company meeting procedures.
Olivia routinely advises clients from industries including the health, education and not-for profit sectors. These clients commonly request Olivia to review commercial contracts, constitutions and membership material.
