Paul is the lead partner of the commercial disputes and insolvency team at Mullins Lawyers. He is also the lead partner of our banking and finance practice.
With over 30 years' experience in the legal industry, Paul has a reputation of being an expert in commercial disputes. He regularly handles disputes involving company and partnership issues, leasing and franchising disputes, professional negligence and recovery of secured and unsecured loans.
Paul also has significant expertise in insolvency law, particularly dealing with the legal and commercial issues associated with corporate and personal insolvency. Paul's insolvency experience predominately involves liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations and bankruptcies.
Paul is a trusted adviser to finance and life insurance companies, trustee companies, banks, large cooperative housing societies and credit unions. He has a special interest in banking and finance and supervises or handles most of the firm's matters involving our retail and commercial banking clients. This includes aspects of security documentation and advices as well as recovery of secured and unsecured loans and advice on all aspects of receiverships and recoveries.
