Anthony is a partner in the property team at Mullins Lawyers. He has more than 20 years' experience in the field and is one of only a small number of property law specialists accredited by the Queensland Law Society.
Anthony acts for property owners on a range of property-related matters including the acquisition and disposal of retail, commercial and industrial property, and commercial leasing. He is regarded by his clients as particularly effective in undertaking property due diligence investigations.
Anthony also has particular expertise in planning and environmental law. He regularly advises property developers and owners on environmental and town planning matters and effectively becomes part of his client's project team. He also acts for clients in litigation matters in the Planning and Environment Court and conducts planning appeals. Anthony's clients include owners and/or operators of residential and industrial properties, hotels, motels, schools, poultry farms, quarries, aged care facilities and shopping and childcare centres.
Anthony has been involved in almost every major event in Brisbane and a number of significant regional events throughout Queensland since 2000. He advises sponsors and event hosts on contractual relations with event organisers. From the green of the golf course to the gold of the beach, from raceway tarmac to football field, Anthony's experience in matching event deliverables with sponsors' performance outcomes allows contracts to be negotiated quickly and lets them get on with the event.
