Consistent with the services of the firm, we focus on business migration. These include employer sponsored long stay (temporary) 457 business visas, labour agreements with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and permanent residence, Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) and Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visas.
In addition, we undertake business skills entry visas, partner and family migration, general skilled migration, distinguished talent visas and citizenship applications. We also undertake Migration Review Tribunal, Administrative Appeal Tribunal and Federal Court applications relevant to migration matters.
We will work with you to achieve a cost effective solution for your Australian visa issues. We do this by determining the most appropriate visa for you and by preparing and lodging the application and supporting paperwork with DIAC and following through the maze of visa criteria to achieve your desired visa outcome.
Partner Tony Hogarth (MARA No. 9357386) has more than 20 years experience in migration matters. He has been registered as a migration agent since the inception of the scheme to register and regulate migration professionals in Australia. Tony has acted for applicants from around the world, as well as for companies in Australia and from overseas wishing to sponsor skilled workers to Australia or establish businesses here.
In addition to migration services, clients receive the benefit of Tony's many years of experience as a commercial lawyer.
