We have the expertise necessary to deal with the many problems and issues which school principals and education authorities face. We respond quickly with practical advice and solutions." Pat Mullins
For more than 25 years years our firm has acted for Queensland Independent Schools. Our team has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework administered by the Board of Non-State School Accreditation (within Education Queensland - BNSSA). We advise religious orders and other education authorities on issues concerning the appropriate corporate structures for Independent Schools and the registration process for the governing bodies of such schools with the BNSSA.
Senior members of our team have a background in risk management of Independent Schools and in the development of policies and procedures specific to the education environment. This means our clients always receive advice that is practical and designed to solve problems before they become unmanageable. We take a proactive approach to ensure our clients avoid risk and step in immediately to help manage the day to day issues that distract school principals’ time and attention from their fundamental purpose of education delivery. Our clients say that our accessibility is invaluable, particularly when critical or contentious issues arise.
