While the genesis of our expertise has been in the liquor, gaming and the hotel industry, our firm also has a specific interest in the club sector, through direct alliances with Clubs Queensland, the RSL movement and Bowls Queensland. We also advise other clubs in the sporting, recreational, and cultural arenas.
Well-meaning and loyal members often run clubs. However, the complex issues surrounding the operation of liquor, food and gaming provided by many club venues requires specialist legal advice. This is particularly so in today’s highly regulated environment, with a plethora of compliance issues emerging at a rapid rate.
